Complete a request for email support here. For the fastest resolution, please:
- Submit your request using the email address you use to sign in to Coinbase
- Choose the most relevant category and sub-category
- Provide as much detail as possible regarding your issue
Please do not submit multiple tickets for the same issue—we will get to your ticket as quickly as possible.
Phone
If you suspect your account has been compromised, you can call Coinbase Support to immediately disable your account through our automated phone service.

Once your account is disabled, you will then need to go through our automated account recovery process in order to re-enable your account, which can take several days.

안녕하세요,
우선 pionex에서 coinbase로 스텔라루멘(xlm)을 송금하였습니다.
그런데 거진 3일이 되가는데 coinbase에 확인이 안됩니다, pionex에서는 정상적으로 송금했다고 확인됬습니다.
문제를 해결하려고 help center를 찾아 봤지만 도저히 찾지 못해서
부득이하게 메일을 보내드립니다.
코인을 받지 못했을때 어떻게 해야하나요
번거로우시겠지만 부탁드립니다.
